Auriga Research Limited’s Bengaluru laboratory has been granted the certificate of recognition from APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India for sampling and analysis of food commodities for export testing.
The laboratory assessment was carried out on 11 February 2016 by a team of highly qualified personnel from APEDA. The certificate of recognizance is granted for the sampling and analysis of food commodities as per the scope of chemical and microbiological disciplines.
The validity period for the recognition is four years from 4 May 2016 to 4 May 2020. The recognition is subject to compliance as laid down in laboratory recognition criteria of APEDA. The laboratory will also have to undergo bi-annual surveillance as part of the recognition criteria. The Auriga laboratory is listed in APEDA’s recognized laboratories hosted at APEDA website.
