Welcome to Auriga Research’s Online Testing Services Portal. By using this platform to submit testing requests or purchase services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Scope of Services

Auriga Research Pvt. Ltd. provides testing, analysis, and related laboratory services for a wide range of products including pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, herbal products, and medical devices. All services are offered as per the applicable regulatory and quality standards, including NABL, FSSAI, BIS, AYUSH, and WHO guidelines.

  1. Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • The Turnaround Time (TAT) for testing is service-specific and mentioned at the time of purchase or proposal.
  • TAT is calculated from the receipt of both sample and payment, and complete technical details, not from order placement.
  • Expedited testing may be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
  1. Sample Quantity Requirements
  • Each test requires a minimum quantity of the sample as defined on the product/test listing page.
  • Inadequate or improperly packaged samples may result in delays, non-testing, or disposal without notice.
  • Clients are advised to retain a reference/control sample at their end.
  1. Testing Methodology & Reaffirmation
  • Testing is conducted as per the latest reaffirmed versions of relevant standards such as IS, FSSAI, USP, BP, IP, AOAC, or in-house validated methods.
  • Method versions and updates are based on current regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
  • If the client requires a specific method version, it must be mentioned at the time of order.
  1. Amendments & Additional Charges
  • Amendments to scope, parameters, or reports requested after work initiation may attract additional charges.
  • If testing scope expands or requires method development/validation, revised quotations will be issued.
  • Re-testing due to client-provided errors or insufficient samples will be chargeable.
  1. Reporting & Interpretation
  • Final test reports will be issued in PDF format and accessible via email or client dashboard.
  • Reports are prepared based on results obtained from samples “as received.”
  • No liability is assumed for interpretation, application, or consequences arising from the use of the test reports.
  1. Sample Retention & Disposal
  • Samples are retained for 7–14 days post-report issuance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Perishable or hazardous samples are disposed of as per standard laboratory waste protocols.
  • Return of tested/untested samples must be requested in advance, with shipping costs borne by the client.
  1. Confidentiality

All client information, including samples and test results, is treated as strictly confidential. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by regulatory authorities.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Once testing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds, if applicable due to order errors or test unfeasibility, will be processed within 7–10 working days after internal review.
  1. Disclaimer

Auriga Research is not responsible for any commercial decisions, claims, or product launch activities based solely on test results. Clients are advised to conduct due diligence and regulatory consultation before product release.

  1. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, and resolved through mutual discussion or arbitration where applicable.
