Description
Flavoured milk is a sterilized milk-based beverage enhanced with approved flavouring agents and sweeteners to create a palatable and nutritious drink. When prepared using double-toned milk, it provides a low-fat, protein-rich option that meets both taste and health expectations. As per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), flavoured milk made from double-toned milk must conform to specific compositional, safety, and labeling standards.

Base Milk: Double-toned milk containing 3% minimum milk fat and 8.5% minimum solids-not-fat (SNF)

Flavours: Only permitted natural, nature-identical, or artificial flavouring substances as listed under FSSAI regulations may be used
