Double-toned milk contains 1.5% fat and 9.0% solids-not-fat (SNF). Through ultra-high temperature (UHT) processing, the milk is rapidly heated to 135°C or above for a few seconds, destroying harmful microorganisms and ensuring a shelf life of 6–9 months without refrigeration (until opened).

FSSAI Fortification Requirements:

  • Vitamin A: 270–450 µg RE (Retinol Equivalent) per liter
