Description

Camel milk, as defined by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), is a unique and highly nutritious dairy product obtained from healthy camels. According to FSSAI regulations, camel milk must contain a minimum of 3.0% milk fat and 8.0% solids-not-fat (SNF). Naturally rich in immunoglobulins, insulin-like proteins, iron, vitamin C, and unsaturated fatty acids, camel milk is known for its potential health benefits, particularly for individuals with allergies, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders.

This milk has a slightly salty taste and a thinner consistency compared to cow or buffalo milk. It is considered hypoallergenic and is widely used in functional foods, health supplements, and therapeutic nutrition.

Our camel milk is tested and verified in NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure it is:

  • Free from adulterants and contaminantsCompliant with microbial and chemical safety norms

  • Rich in calcium, proteins, and essential vitamins

  • Processed under hygienic and FSSAI-certified conditions

It is suitable for direct consumption and industrial use in dairy processing. Every batch is tested for parameters like fat percentage, SNF percentage, antibiotics, aflatoxins, added water, and preservatives.
