Buffalo Milk, as defined by FSSAI, is wholesome, nutrient-rich milk derived from healthy buffaloes. It must contain a minimum of 6.0% milk fat and 9.0% solids-not-fat (SNF). This milk is naturally creamier and denser than cow’s, making it ideal for dairy products like paneer, khoa, and ghee.
